The Alexander and Baldwin Sugar Museum is dedicated to chronicling the history of the growth of Maui's biggest cash crop: sugar. The museum is located south of town, between Sam Sing and Spanish B Village. The museum's Geography Room focuses on the elements of the area that made it so prime for sugar cane growing, while the Water Room focuses on how water was transported from the island's mountains to the factories.
