Allen's Plumbing will Drain you Dry!

If ever you want to spend money foolishly then call Allen's Plumbing! They know how to charge but don't know how to deliver the goods. Yet their managers will defend their ineptitude in the most disrespectful, surly manner at the expense of your inconvenience and laugh all the way to the bank with your money.Their bullying attitude would bring old ladies to tears! Recently I had them install a simple water heater that took 5 hours because the technician had to read the installation manual first then took it with him when he left, no doubt as bed time reading! Even after reading it he still spliced a 3/4 inch water line to a 1/2 inch tube then back again to a 3/4 inch line thus causing a back flow into the tank! I ended up having to call in another repair company to evaluate their shoddy work. Allen's told me that it would cost me an additional $120 to figure out what they did wrong. For the right price you too can pay Allen's Plumbing to abuse & mistreat you if you're into that sort of thang. I would highly recommend Allen's Plumbing to all S&M enthusiasts and Devil Worshipers.

I would not recommend Allen's Plumbing to anyone. The experience we had working with them was terrible. We were charged for work that was never done, we were given terrible customer service and when we decided to use their competitor, the Allen's Plumbing representative completely lied about the amount of their original quote, and created a falsified quote to attach to our invoice. Oh yeah, they sent a $100 invoice for the 15 minutes their representative spent at our house telling us a repair would cost $3000 and take at least a few days. We then had their competitor do the job same day and complete it for $600. Their competitor Mr. Rooter was awesome! Great customer service, reasonable prices and quick turn around. My advice, recommend Allen's Plumbing to ex-girlfriends, terrorists, politicians and the devil, those are the only people that deserve service that bad!
