Cost Less Imports is by far the best import store that I have found yet! The people working there are friendly, helpful, and know much about their inventory. The owner Rinko Jeffers is one of the most wonderful people that I have met anywhere. When my husband and I visited Maui we met Rinko the owner while looking in her store for a mosquito net and a few other items. We were very impressed with her willingness to give the best customer service ever as well as her subtle manner in showing us options without being pushy or with an agenda of her own to sell us something. She was genuinely there to help us to make the right decision for us even if it meant that we go elsewhere. Because of this genuine caring attitude my husband and I will always remain loyal customers and shop there every time we come to Maui.
