I call the Metro storage and the manager was just bad would not help me and i ask about a lower price and he said that is the price. Metro need to hire manager not this tipe of manager......

I storaged my extensive doll collection for over three years and recently went to retrieve my property and I immediately knew my unit had been tampered. My doll collection was missing. Out of over 500 doll, I had less than 40 dolls left. I was provided with little information as to what my recourse was. The district manager who contacted me was curt and rude to me. I was initially told that they had no security cameras and later told that if I wanted to review the tapes I would have to get a court order. I feel that the employees took my merchandise and the company offered me little consideration and assistance.
